We’re family-owned and operated and have served Frederick County and the surrounding areas for over 60 years. Yarnell P. Wastler started his business in a small shop in Lewistown back in 1958. In 1982, Shari, Brian, and Brad joined him and grew into an excavating, paving, and utility company. These generations carried us to 2010 as we enter our third generation of Wastlers, when Brad and Faye began Wastler and Son, Inc. in 2010 along with Bradley and Whitney. Our family takes a lot of pride in working together and carrying on the tradition of going the extra mile for our customers. We’re proud to have generations behind us and ahead of us, and we bring this dedication into the work we do.

Brad Wastler
Brad, owner and president, helped launch Wastler & Son, Inc. in 2010. For Brad, there’s nothing better than when everyone involved on a project feels rewarded, whether it’s collaborating with employees as they achieve their full potential, or working with clients on a complex project from start to finish. Brad’s favorite saying: “A true good deal is when both parties are happy.”
Faye Wastler
Faye serves as Treasurer of Wastler & Son. Inc. and has been with the business for eight years and running. She loves seeing her family and employees work together to deliver quality work for their customers. Faye’s favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships with the company’s clients and vendors.
Bradley K. Wastler, Jr.
Bradley is the Vice President of Wastler & Son, Inc. and has been a part of the business for over a decade. He appreciates going by a job site he was a part of from start to finish and remembering when it was just an untouched piece of land that’s now an important part of someone’s home or business.
Whitney Wastler
Whitney has served as secretary for over five years, making sure daily operations run smoothly and that Wastler & Son’s clients and projects are supported. The most meaningful part of her job is the special opportunity to work alongside her family everyday.
